Owner/Operator - Rachel Mendes ACE-I

Hi! I’m Rachel - owner/operator of Last Call Pest Control. I have over a decade of field experience, 7 Ontario pesticide applicator licenses and I’m proud to have achieved accreditation from the Entomological Society of America as an Associate Certified Entomologist. I am honoured to have received the 2018 Empowerment Grant from the Professional Women in Pest Management and the 2023 Impact Award from the National Pest Management Association. I am a member of all our provincial and national industry associations and I sit on the Board of Directors for the Structural Pest Management Association of Ontario. I currently offer residential, commercial and institutional pest control. I specialize in bed bug and cockroach control in multi-family housing.

My technician and other half, Justin is licensed in structural pest management and specializes in general household pests and rodent exclusion. We are pleased to offer pest proofing programs reactively and preventatively.
